Check Amazon for a new wedding registry: Jeff Bezos, founder of the e-retail giant, is reportedly engaged to Lauren Sánchez.
Multiple outlets including People report that insiders close to the duo have confirmed the engagement. The news comes three years after the pair were first spotted out together following Bezos’ split from then-wife MacKenzie Scott.
Bezos and Scott wed in 1993 and had four children together. They announced their breakup in January 2019.
“As our family and close friends know, after a long period of loving exploration and trial separation, we have decided to divorce and continue our shared lives as friends,” the former couple wrote in a joint statement at the time, as reports of Bezos’ relationship with Sánchez circulated.

That April, Scott announced on Twitter that she and the billionaire businessman had finalized their divorce. “Grateful to have finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff with support from each other and everyone who reached out to us in kindness, and looking forward to next phase as co-parents and friends,” she wrote at the time.
Sánchez, a former co-host of “Good Day LA” and a one-time host of “So You Think You Can Dance,” filed for divorce from talent agent Patrick Whitesell a day later.
From their past relationships, Bezos, 59, and Sánchez, 53, have seven children between them. “On a typical Saturday, we hang out, we have dinner with the kids, which is always fun because you never know where the conversation is going to go with this many kids,” Sánchez told the Wall Street Journal January in her first solo interview since she and Bezos’ went public with their relationship. “We are the Brady Bunch!”

Sánchez said that Bezos — who coincidentally was born in the same hospital in Albuquerque, N.M, as she — is “really funny” and makes her laugh “all the time.”
“He’s so happy, he inspires me every day, he makes me a better person every day,” she said. “He’s the most loving human I know.”
